Options Décoration project managers, available at any time, look after the relationship with the client from a technical and/or artistic perspective, compiling the project file (costings, technical descriptions, authorisations, visuals, etc.), meetings and project coordination, as well as monitoring and site checks, through to delivery and invoicing of the service.
They are a creative force in the selection of the design and materials, in relation to the budget and needs of the clients
With BVCTS training (Bureau de Vérification Chapiteaux, Tentes, Structures), the project managers are responsible for proposing and finding technical solutions appropriate to the projects.
Their qualities – creative, innovative, with good technical skills and knowledge of materials as well as knowledge of the event world – affords them the ability to feel at ease in all fields.
In addition to their mobility and essential tools, such as the iPad and laser telemeters or levels, project managers work with a great many colour and material charts, sample boards as well as libraries of photos which help to illustrate the various proposals.
