About this project
For a special wedding anniversary celebration, Options Décoration chose a theme based on the enchanting tales of the Arabian Nights. Our scenographers created a warm and cosy setting using an Oriental colour scheme.
An important part of the décoration were the different marquees. A Cristal marquee/structure, used for serving cocktails was erected adjoining the house, making the most out of the outdoor space and highlighting the gardens.
A connecting canopy was installed linking the house and the dining area. It was here that the guests discovered the Arabian Nights theme. Outside, lanterns were scattered across the lawn creating an enchanting glow at nightfall.
The dining area seated 350 guests immersing them in a magical setting predominantly adorned in gold. There were more than one hundred suspended light fittings and an artist painted a replica of a palace in Marrakech. The table decoration and furniture were provided by Options as well as a luxurious and colourful floral decoration.
A lounge area was also created with a selection of rugs and cushions arranged on the floor, recreating the ambience of an old medina town.
The evening continued in a nightclub area set up by the teams of Options Décoration.
Options Décoration were also in charge of the computer graphics, the scenography and managed the entire project from start to finish.

A popular collection of Indian and Persian tales written in Arabic, the Arabian Nights has inspired a number of people for their events. A refreshing change of scenery, the oriental decoration is enhanced with the variety of oriental cultures and traditions. The decor from the Arabian Nights creates a warm and cosy atmosphere where once, one evening Princess Scheherazade unveiled her extravagant outfits and finery to her guests!
